● Immunofluorescence detection and cell sorting

* To design a polychromatic immunofluorescent panel, users should make clear the detailed configuration of fluorescence detection channels of the flow cytometer on which the panel will be run. It may need that the user work together with staff member of the platform to perform a multicolor panel.

● Cell sorting
A cell that can be detected by the cell sorter can be sorted out. Therefore, cell subsets in all of those applications listed above can be sorted out according to experiment plan. Here we list some other cell sorting applications that not mentioned above.

1). Enrichment of gene transfected cells.

2). Single cell sorting

3). Stem cell sorting

4). Rare cells sorting

5). Screening of cell surface display system (mammalian cells, yeast or even E. coli.)



6). Purifying living cells of different phase of cell cycle.
