    Scientific governance board Ø­ Directors Ø­ Administrative Office

The institute will implement director¡¯s responsibility system under the supervision of scientific governing board. SIAIS will centralize the management of scientific research, personnel training and administration of the labs.

The Scientific Governing board of SIAIS is comprised of prominent scientists and entrepreneurs in antibody engineering and biomedicine from Shanghai Municipality, Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Branch and ShanghaiTech University and from other countries. The board would take the evaluation of the research areas and achievements of SIAIS as an essential indicator in assessing the performance of SIAIS.

Prof. Mianheng Jiang, President of ShanghaiTech University acts as the Chairman of the board, Prof. Richard Lerner, Founding Director of SIAIS is the Executive Vice Chairman.
