A delegation from Teva Research and Development Center paid a visit to SIAIS at ShanghaiTech University on January 26. SIAIS Vice Director Yang Guang gave them a warm welcome. Dr. Steffen Nock, who isGlobal Head of Biological Preparation Department at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries described the company’s profile and the recent progress of the R&D center. Dr. Daniella Gutman, the director of R&D for Israel, Vice President for TevaPharmaceutical China Mr. Reshef and Ms. Julan Ren, BD Director at Teva China also talked about the recent progress of the R&D Center and expressed interest in the research direction like antibody.
Moreover, the distinguished professor Nicola Elvassore, visiting professor Fabio Mammano, CO-PI Nie Yan and Associate Research ProfessorLiu Jia on behalf of their respective labs of SIAIS and introduced the general situation and field. Subsequently, the two sides had a broad and in depth exchange of views, and they visited our institute.
