研究兴趣:

实验室致力于解析免疫系统的基本规律, 并将这些认识应用于开发新型肿瘤免疫疗法。目前已有原创免疫治疗靶点正在转化为 First-in-Class 抗肿瘤新药。主要研究内容: 

1)T细胞新型免疫检查点的发现及相关药物研发;

2)调控T细胞耗竭的分子和细胞过程;

3)解析免疫相关疾病微环境,揭示免疫细胞在肿瘤免疫逃逸、动脉粥样硬化慢性炎症及组织损伤修复中的调控机制。
