个人简介

2009年本科毕业于南开大学信息技术与科学学院;

2014年博士毕业于南开大学生命科学学院;

2014年至2018年在中国科学院生物物理研究所任助理研究员;

2014年至2015年在牛津大学牛津粒子成像中心访问;

2018年至2019年在中国科学院生物物理研究所任副研究员;

2019年至2020年在中国科学院生物物理研究所任研究员、课题组长;

2020年2月加入上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院/免疫化学研究所任助理教授、研究员。

主要研究内容

致力于利用冷冻电子显微等成像技术,在多尺度下研究结核分枝杆菌、幽门螺旋杆菌等病原微生物能量代谢系统的分子组成、结构特征与功能机制,以及真核细胞“能量工厂”-线粒体在调节宿主天然免疫应对病原菌感染过程中的作用。同时,亦通过干预生物能量代谢系统,开展抗耐药菌和抗肿瘤的药物筛选与研发工作。相关成果在Science、PNAS等国际期刊发表。
