The Translational Chemical Biology Lab focuses on nucleic acid-encoded combinatorial library selection technology, establishing an integrated platform that unifies three complementary modalities—phage display, mRNA display, and DNA-encoded compound libraries (DEL). Through the synergistic integration of synthetic chemistry and cutting-edge life science methodologies, the lab systematically carries out three core workflows for major disease-associated targets: selection of biological macromolecules, cyclic peptides, and small-molecule ligands; target functional validation; and candidate drug development.
